Trivia
- The track is the only Sonic remix in Super Smash Bros. Brawl (and the series in general).
- The track was unveiled on the official Super Smash Bros. Brawl website on Christmas Day 2007, more than two months after Sonic was announced to be in the game.
- The track makes a reappearance in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and Ultimate.
- In Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, Jun Senoue was left miscredited for making the remix, but was later fixed in a patch update.
- The track also appears in the Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games series, Sonic at the Olympic Games - Tokyo 2020 and Sonic Origins, making it one of the only third-party remixes to appear outside of the Super Smash Bros. series.
- The track is also included in the Japanese album, True Blue: The Best of Sonic the Hedgehog, which was released before Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
